Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the parking lot, by sweeping, cleaning, and restocking carts and flatbeds.
  • Assist with cart retrieval and parking lot maintenance, ensuring that members have access to clean and available carts.
  • Support the sales floor team by assisting with sales, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store atmosphere.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
