Job Summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions
* Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, providing recommendations and solutions as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and merchandise as needed
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns and exchanges as needed
* Work collaboratively with the Store Leadership Team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements

* 16 years of age or older
* Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
