Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Patient Care Manager in Home Health. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a home care setting, with management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
