Role Overview:
This position is essential for ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of our production processes, aligning them with customer requirements while optimizing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and sustain production schedules to guarantee timely manufacturing in accordance with customer demand.
2. Collaborate with production teams to maximize output capacity and minimize lead times.
3. Monitor and manage inventory levels to achieve optimal stock levels, preventing overstock and stockouts.
4. Implement inventory control strategies to enhance turnover rates and reduce carrying costs.
5. Work closely with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and prompt order fulfillment.
6. Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components, addressing any issues as they arise.
7. Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
8. Generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights to management.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), or Supply Chain Management.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, particularly in production planning and inventory management.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data interpretation.
- Experience with inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
