Effectively and efficiently support restaurant operations by following best practices, ensuring Guest satisfaction, and maximizing profit.
Lead Assigned Day-to-Day Operations
Support and lead assigned day-to-day operations during scheduled shifts, including guided decision making, Team Member support, Guest interactions, inspection of product quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
Assist with End-of-Shift Reports
Assist in preparing end-of-shift reports, including Daily Labor, Food Control, and Daily Sales, for management review and approval.
Enhance Guest Experience
Learn to positively impact revenue through direct interactions with Guests, furthering a positive Guest experience, and promptly resolving Guest concerns, as appropriate.
Encourage Team Member Satisfaction
Encourage Team Member satisfaction of regulatory obligations, state and federal laws, liquor license requirements, local health and safety codes, Company safety and security policies, and meal/break period laws during assigned shifts through Team Member coaching and education.
Assist with Cash Handling and Payment Processing

Age Requirement
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.

Business Maturity and Supervisory Skills
Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
