Job Title: UCM Systems Engineer

About Us: Axiom Software Solutions Limited is a leading provider of innovative software solutions. We are seeking an experienced UCM Systems Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled engineer to manage and troubleshoot Ribbon SBCs, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and troubleshoot Ribbon SBCs
  • Develop basic understanding of Cisco IP telephony Network Infrastructure
  • Design and implement voice protocols SIP, MGCP, H.323, SCCP, ISDN
  • Analyze various logs and traces from Collaboration products CUCM, CUC, CUCM IM&P, gateways
  • Develop good understanding of various APIs, SDKs and protocols used for automation: AXL, REST, SOAP
  • Write scripts / programs in at least one language (e.g. Python, Java, Perl)
  • Troubleshoot collaboration solutions covering multiple products and features under
  • Drive incidents towards resolution
  • Identify problems, acquire ownership and deliver solutions at a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proven planning, prioritization, and organization skills
  • ITIL Foundation level knowledge
