Job Title: RF Systems Engineer

We are CesiumAstro, a dynamic team of engineers and developers who pioneer innovative communication systems for various platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team as a Principal RF Design and Test Specialist. In this role, you will design, analyze, and implement engineering test plans and procedures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address company-wide hardware test needs, collaborating with design and test engineering teams to develop test requirements, map requirements to reusable test architectures and procedures, implement test plans and procedures, and log and present results to key stakeholders.

As a Principal-level test engineer, you will architect RF test systems, draw insightful conclusions from test results, and participate in architecture reviews.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and analyze engineering test plans and procedures
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to address company-wide hardware test needs
- Develop test requirements and map them to reusable test architectures and procedures
- Implement test plans and procedures
- Log and present results to key stakeholders

**Salary:** $150,000 - $180,000 per year (estimated)

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in RF engineering and test development
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex test systems
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
