Job Summary

Rubber and Gasket Company of America is seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for communicating with crew leaders and site personnel, adhering to company and site policies, and suggesting changes to increase work crew efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with crew leaders and site personnel
  • Adhere to company and site policies, instructions, and safety guidelines
  • Suggest changes to increase work crew efficiency
  • Perform various fabrication tasks, including belt, hose, and gasket fabrication, welding, and general housekeeping duties
  • Work in a timely manner, demonstrate attention to detail, and maintain regular attendance

Requirements
