Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Wheatland Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, in Blytheville, Arkansas.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with industrial maintenance and troubleshooting experience to work in a manufacturing/light industrial setting.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe work practices in accordance with OSHA and Company policy.
• Perform mechanical and hydraulic maintenance on industrial equipment, power systems, and drives.
• Troubleshoot mechanical drives and manufacturing equipment.
• Weld, cut, and fabricate parts for equipment installations.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Document work performed and update work orders accordingly.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Trade or technical school diploma (welding, blueprint reading, hydraulics, and mechanical training preferred).
• Minimum five years of experience in industrial maintenance.

Physical Abilities:

• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Industrial equipment knowledge and repair skills necessary.
• Ability to interface with computers and problem-solve efficiently.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
