Job Opportunity

Peregrine Team is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join their team in Huntington Beach, CA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LVN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical office setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care, including phlebotomy, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  • Utilize electronic medical record systems to input and retrieve patient information.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical office, preferably primary care.
  • Current Phlebotomy Certification.
  • Current California LVN License.
  • IV Certification preferred.
  • Proficient in medical record systems and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Ability to assist providers during procedures.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to administer injections and other medications as required.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.
