Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing diversified duties in the kitchen and the tray line, ensuring a clean and sanitized environment for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure dishware, flatware, pots, and pans are clean and sanitized.
  • Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of the dish room and carousel.
  • Assist in assembly of patient food trays on the tray line.
  • Deliver and retrieve patient food carts to patient floors.
  • Deliver floor stock to patient floors.
  • Stock small wares in the cafeteria server.
  • Check and record dish machine temperatures in the HACCP log.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Related experience preferred.
  • Food Handlers Card - Washington required.
  • Basic computer/keyboarding skills required.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent lifting, bending, and reaching. The ability to communicate and exchange accurate information is also required.
