Position Overview:
As a vital member of our housekeeping team, you will respond swiftly to requests from guests and various departments, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and report maintenance concerns in public areas and guest accommodations.
2. Post caution signage as necessary and coordinate with other departments for urgent repairs.
3. Fulfill guest requests and arrange furniture in guest rooms as needed.

4. Transport items from hallways to service areas, including debris, room service trays, unread newspapers, soiled linens, and trash near housekeeping carts.
5. Maintain, clean, and store all cleaning equipment effectively.

Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly. Complete required safety training and certifications, and ensure proper storage of flammable materials.

Professional Standards:
Maintain a clean and professional appearance in uniform. Uphold confidentiality regarding proprietary information. Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.

Team Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with colleagues using clear and professional language. Support team objectives and ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance, and more with assistance. Capable of pushing and pulling a loaded housekeeping cart over uneven surfaces. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform visual inspections of tools and equipment.

Engage in various physical activities, including standing, sitting, kneeling, or walking for extended periods. Complete other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
No high school diploma or equivalent is required. No prior related work experience is necessary. No supervisory experience is needed. No specific licenses or certifications are required.
