Caregiver for Individuals with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. provides community and home-based services to individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities. Our team partners with family members and existing providers to create individualized goals, enabling us to improve individuals' life experiences.
The individuals we support require dedicated, caring, and reliable Direct Support Professionals who can make a positive impact in their lives. As a Direct Support Professional, you will:
- Assist individuals in developing and maintaining skills to improve their daily-living and social skills.
- Engage in activities with individuals to promote independence within the community and/or increase productivity and participation in community life.
- Maintain annual 24-hour training requirements.
To be successful in this role, you must be:
- Compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others.
- Hold a minimum of a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Willing to complete given background checks.
- Have a valid Driver's License and existing insurance.
- Willing and able to drive individuals in personal cars throughout the community.
- Exhibit excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Be flexible to allow for individual assignments.
