Speech Language Pathologist

Oxford Consulting Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based services for adults with disabilities through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). This is an opportunity for a flexible schedule and working with adults with various needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Speech Language Pathology services to individuals aged 21 and above in Group homes, Nursing homes, and Private residences
• Assist and evaluate clients in the areas of speech, articulation, fluency, and language development
• Develop unique treatment plans that cater to each client's needs
• Maintain confidentiality of client and family information in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations

Requirements:

• New Jersey (SLP) license
• ASHA CCC's
• A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• 1 year of home-based or clinical experience with adults aged 21 and older
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
