Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the allocation systems for each Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) represented.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of the manufacturers' allocation systems across all dealerships.
  • Evaluate dealership inventories to establish a balanced and effective inventory mix.
  • Conduct regular assessments of product flow to identify strategies for enhancing sales performance.
  • Collaborate with dealership personnel responsible for vehicle ordering and provide ongoing training on systems and updates.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of future product schedules from OEMs and how they will be allocated.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional distribution managers from OEMs.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics, analytics, and forecasting.
  • Strong background in OEM distribution and logistics.
  • Experience in automotive purchasing and inventory management is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships with dealership staff, management, vendors, and clients.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to comply with company policies.
