Gaming Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Concierge to join our Cedar Point Esports team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services and ensure an exceptional experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring the gaming hub is clean and ready for our guests.
• Provide recommendations for games, assist with technical issues, and support CPE events to enhance the guest experience.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the CPE programming and services, and assist guests in utilizing them effectively.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through prompt attention to guest needs and concerns.
• Manage and maintain a clean and organized Gaming Hub, ensuring all supplies are stocked and available to guests.
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• A minimum base understanding of gaming and the ability to converse on a wide range of gaming entertainment topics.
• Experience in hospitality, including guest services, front desk operations, or a related field.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.

Work Environment:

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $15.79 - $16.64 per hour
• Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
