Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Concierge to join our Cedar Point Esports team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services and ensure an exceptional experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide recommendations for games, assist with technical issues, and support CPE events to enhance the guest experience.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the CPE programming and services, and assist guests in utilizing them effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through prompt attention to guest needs and concerns.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized Gaming Hub, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and available to guests.

Requirements:

  • A minimum base understanding of gaming and being able to converse on a wide range of gaming entertainment topics.
  • Experience in hospitality, including guest services, front desk operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high-volume workload.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic and engaging setting.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $15.79 - $16.64 per hour
