Job Summary

Hallmark Aviation Services is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Dallas Fort Worth Airport. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our airline's passengers and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling and Transaction Management: Process cash transactions, manage manifests, and label items accurately and efficiently.
  • Crew Interaction and Communication: Interact with airline crew members, respond to customer inquiries, and provide information on flight schedules and services.
  • Gate Functions and Arrival Duties: Perform gate functions, manage arrival duties, and ensure a seamless passenger experience.
  • Operational Tasks and Equipment Management: Operate computers, printers, and other equipment to enter, access, or manage data and information.
  • Multi-Tasking and Adaptability: Perform a broad range of duties depending on location and service demands while delivering a high-quality product.
  • Physical Demands and Safety: Work in a fast-paced environment, lift items up to 70lb, and perform continuous standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, stooping, grasping, and picking up items.
Requirements
  • Education and Age: At least 18 years old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Language Skills: English speaking required.
  • Math Skills and Common Sense: Basic math skills, common sense, and organized approach to work.
  • Mental Capacity and Decision-Making: Mental capacity to make quick and rational decisions.
  • Environmental Conditions: Continuous people interaction, fast pace, exposure to high noise levels, dirt, dust, fumes, heat, cold, hazardous or toxic material, heavy crowd activity, working in confined spaces or heights frequently and for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Reading, Interpretation, and Comprehension: Reading, interpretation, and comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Effective Communication and Listening Skills: Effective communication skills and good listening skills.
  • Multi-Tasking and Adaptability: Multi-tasking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
