Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance and companionship to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation as needed
  • Follow care plans and instructions, communicating effectively with the Sage Home Care Manager
  • Complete daily shift reports and maintain accurate records
  • Comply with Sage Eldercare's Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience working with a Home Care agency
  • Experience working with dementia clients
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Passion for working with seniors to improve their quality of life
