Key Responsibilities:
  • Windows Server Administration
    • Manage and maintain Windows Server OS environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
    • Oversee Active Directory, Group Policy, and other core Windows services.
  • Virtualization
    • Administer and maintain Hyper-V virtual environments to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
    • Ensure seamless integration with other systems and services.
  • Server Hardware Management
    • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
    • Monitor hardware health and performance, and address any issues proactively.
  • Enterprise Mail Services
    • Administer enterprise mail services to ensure reliability, security, and seamless user experience.
    • Manage user accounts, distribution groups, and email policies.
  • Cybersecurity
    • Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices to protect against security threats and vulnerabilities.
    • Monitor and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • System Monitoring
    • Implement and manage system monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact operations.
    • Ensure data integrity and availability across all systems and services.
  • Database Management
    • Manage and maintain enterprise databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
    • Optimize database performance and implement backup strategies to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
