We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Medical Payment Posting Specialist to join our team at McPherson Hospital. This is a full-time position working days, Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts).
Job SummaryThe Medical Payment Posting Specialist will be responsible for accurately posting and reconciling incoming Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA's), paper checks, explanation of Benefit (EOB's), self-pay, and general ledge payments. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
