As a Tower Tech, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing wireless communication towers across assigned territories. This includes climbing and working on communication towers, performing routine inspections and repairs, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain wireless communication towers, including antennas, microwave dishes, and other equipment.
  • Climb and work on communication towers for installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment.
  • Perform routine inspections and repairs to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Previous training or 18 months of experience climbing telecommunications towers preferred.
  • Familiarity with major carriers (VZW, Sprint, T-Mobile, Ericsson, AT&T).
  • Excellent safety record and ability to work in heights up to 200+ feet.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
