MST Supervisor

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Program Supervisor to join our team at Evidence Based Associates. As a Clinical Program Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the implementation of our evidence-based programs, working closely with families, youth, and community members to address challenging behaviors and promote positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Implementation: Supervise and oversee the implementation of our evidence-based programs, ensuring fidelity to the model and adherence to best practices.
• Staff Supervision: Provide regular supervision and support to clinical staff, including individual and group supervision, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
• Case Management: Work closely with families and youth to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring that their needs are met and they receive the support they require.
• Collaboration and Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with community agencies and stakeholders, ensuring that our programs are integrated into the broader service system and that we are working collaboratively to achieve common goals.
• Data Management: Collect and analyze data on program outcomes and service delivery, using this information to inform program development and improvement.
• Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and management to the clinical team, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements:

• Education: Master's degree in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a strong background in evidence-based programs and clinical services.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families, youth, and community members. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and support a team of clinical staff.

Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $62,400 - $65,000 per year.
• Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, 403B retirement plan, FSA, and up to 3 weeks of paid vacation per year.
