About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pain Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our established practice in Vancouver, Washington.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform consultations and work with our interventionalists to order procedures and coordinate aftercare plans.
  • Conduct safe and rational medication assessments and management.
  • Collaborate with other physicians, psychologists, nurses, and therapists to develop comprehensive plans of management.
  • Treat most aspects of chronic pain utilizing a multidisciplinary approach.
Highlights of the Practice
  • Join a team of four experienced physicians and clinicians and medical assistants.
  • 0.8 FTE, full-time, four-day - eight hours daily, to include 1:4 evening home call.
  • Outpatient practice, seeing up to ~14-18 patients daily, using EPIC EMR.
  • Refer patients to PeaceHealth PT, OT, ST, Ultrasound, Labs, and Radiology.
