We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wheelchair Supervisor to join our team at PrimeFlight Aviation Services. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the wheelchair assistance operation, ensuring seamless service delivery to passengers with mobility challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Wheelchair Leads and Attendants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement service standards, training programs, and quality control measures to maintain high levels of passenger satisfaction.
- Collaborate with airport departments to ensure smooth operations, address complex issues, and resolve passenger complaints.
- Train and mentor wheelchair attendants on best practices, customer service excellence, and safety protocols.
- Monitor adherence to safety guidelines, regulatory requirements, and airport standards.
- Supervise daily operations, including efficient allocation and scheduling of wheelchair attendants across various airport terminals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within customer service or airport operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively, handle challenging situations, and ensure passenger satisfaction.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents.
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and tablets.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal, as applicable).
