Senior Field Service Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and repair of complex electronic and electromechanical equipment. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our clients' operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair complex electronic and electromechanical equipment
- Provide onsite technical support for development and implementation of equipment and process applications
- Train customer personnel on advanced equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and process-related operations
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on mechanical/electrical maintenance experience in the semiconductor industry or related fields
- Valid passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally overnight, up to 20% of the time
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
