Position Overview:
The Clinical Manager of Triage is responsible for leading the 24/7 nursing teams that provide telephonic support to patients and their families. This role involves collaborating with the team to ensure all shifts are adequately covered while offering immediate decision-making support.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Active RN license in Florida or a valid multi-state/compact license.
  • Current BLS certification from an accredited organization.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience, including at least one year in a managerial role.
  • Experience in acute or post-acute care settings is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience managing remote teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
  • Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance as per company policy.
