Position Overview:
The Clinical Manager of Triage is responsible for leading the 24/7 nursing teams that provide telephonic support to patients and their families. This role involves collaborating with the team to ensure all shifts are adequately covered while offering immediate decision-making support.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Active RN license in Florida or a valid multi-state/compact license.
- Current BLS certification from an accredited organization.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience, including at least one year in a managerial role.
- Experience in acute or post-acute care settings is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail.
