Role Responsibilities
The Communications Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that highlight TNC's initiatives in food systems.
  • Facilitating ongoing communication among a globally dispersed team focused on various aspects of food systems, including fisheries and sustainable agriculture.
  • Coordinating digital and social media efforts, as well as logistics for events as part of the marketing plan.
  • Utilizing diverse communication methods to convey our mission and objectives effectively.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of related experience.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple communication projects simultaneously.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience in cultivating client relationships and coordinating various initiatives.

Preferred Skills
We value multilingual abilities and cross-cultural experiences. Candidates with a background in implementing and assessing communication strategies will be favored.

Compensation
