Position: Family Housing Support SpecialistWe are in search of a Family Housing Support Specialist to become a vital part of our team in Oklahoma City. Key Responsibilities:- Uphold the mission and values of City Care.
- Establish a network of community resources.
- Assist families with the enrollment process for their children in schools.
- Develop personalized plans in collaboration with families.
- Provide case management and crisis intervention services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and records.
- Ensure a safe and dignified living environment for families.
- Organize and facilitate group activities and meetings.
- Experience in case management or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and management of databases.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance are required.
Experience in mental health and recovery systems is advantageous.
Prior experience in shelter or behavioral health case management is a plus.
Excellent communication and motivational skills are essential.
Work Schedule:This is a full-time role, operating Monday through Friday, with hours from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, offering flexibility.
Compensation starts at $20.50 per hour.
