About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at the Advantage Consulting Group. As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and reporting.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Receivables Management: Oversee the entire accounts receivable cycle, from invoicing to collection and follow-up.
  • Financial Analysis: Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Cash Flow Management: Ensure timely receipt of payments and monitor cash flow to maintain positive financial health.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding billing inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
