WSB LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Construction Support team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our construction and civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to construction and civil engineering projects, including formatting documents, filing, and correspondence.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of reports, including attachments and supplementary documentation.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to obtain missing information and ensure the accuracy of reports and investigations.
  • Office-centric role with minimal field involvement, requiring familiarity with 811 laws, Utility Locating, and Damage Prevention best practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP software/systems and Riskmaster.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in general office or related roles, showcasing exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in Damage Prevention or 811 is a prerequisite.
  • Strong numerical aptitude, coupled with flexibility and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams on various tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and intermediate-level Excel skills are indispensable.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
