Job Title: Instructional System Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional System Designer to join our team at Jobot. As an Instructional System Designer, you will play a critical role in creating engaging, innovative, and effective learning solutions for our technical staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and team leaders to identify target audience's training needs and gaps in their knowledge.
  • Use instructional design theories and practice to create learning experiences that meet the needs of a diverse audience.
  • Apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods to create learning activities that are engaging, activity-based, and results-oriented.
  • Design and develop instructional materials for technical training programs that include manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
  • Develop assessment tools that measure the effectiveness of instructional programs and learner progress.
  • Use Articulate and other authoring tools to design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning modules.
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders during the project lifecycle.
  • Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to training materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and learning methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in the Engineering industry.
  • Proficient in Articulate, Content Writing, Learning Management Systems, and learning system design.
  • Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, and animation is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with engineering concepts and terminology is a plus.
