Key Responsibilities:
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Zoom and Slack infrastructure and their integration points.
- Zoom: Manage Zoom integration projects effectively, covering planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues related to Zoom.
- Utilize Zoom APIs and SDKs for the development of custom solutions.
- Implement security best practices for Zoom integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Zoom functionalities.
- Configure and maintain Zoom Rooms and associated hardware.
- Automate Zoom deployment and configuration using scripting and various tools.
- Conduct training sessions on Zoom for end-users and IT personnel.
- Integrate Zoom with other enterprise systems, such as Microsoft Teams.
- Slack: Design and implement Slack and Slack Connect with a focus on enterprise security.

- Participate in team agile ceremonies, lead demonstrations, and assist in onboarding new engineers.
- Translate business requirements into technical capabilities and design solutions across multiple domains.
- Guide the team in achieving key software delivery capabilities through automation and observability.
- Engage in speaking events and coach core technology communities.
- Research and adopt new technologies to enhance technical capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in System Integration, particularly with ZOOM and Slack Integration / Unified Communication Technology.
- Demonstrated experience in Business Technology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of communication platforms and their integration.
