Key Responsibilities- Perform visual and mechanical inspections of materials to ensure conformance to design specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect and test products to identify defects and nonconformities.
- Document and report inspection results, including rejections and dispositions.
- Review and verify documentation from suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Comply with quality management system processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on quality control.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of inspection tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Forklift experience or certification.
- Knowledge of AS9102 aerospace standards.
- Experience working with SAP or other quality management systems.
