Job Summary

Under general supervision, the Quality Assurance Inspector performs visual in-process inspection for quality and packing of finished PAB products. This role is responsible for maintaining and verifying that all work surfaces are clean and dust-free, signing the PAB Packing Inspection sign-in sheet, and inspecting finished PAB product according to SOP-1000834. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to perform tedious work for relatively long periods.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and verify that all work surfaces are clean and dust-free
  • Sign PAB Packing Inspection sign-in sheet
  • Inspect finished PAB product – SOP-1000834
  • Contribute and participate in continuous improvement programs
  • Participate in the daily shift startup meeting
  • Maintain work area to the 5S standard
  • Adhere to all Cardinal Rules of Safety and Pharmaceutical Elegance policies


Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • Possess 20/20 near vision acuity (corrective lenses may be used)
  • No color blindness
  • Annual eye exams required
  • Successfully pass inspection certification – SOP-PH-1003131
  • Six months related production experience
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
