About the Role
This Logistics Administrator position is responsible for streamlining our supply chain operations and ensuring efficient movement of goods from origin to destination. The ideal candidate will coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and collaborate with distribution center teams to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate shipments and manage inventory levels to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
  2. Collaborate with carriers and freight forwarders to negotiate prices and ensure timely deliveries.
  3. Use OTM to create and book truckload and LTL shipments.
  4. Coordinate International shipments for the Baraboo DC and ensure compliance with regulations.
  5. Work with Freight Forwarders and Shippers to arrange International Loads.
  6. Provide backup support to the Baraboo Supervisor in OTM.
  7. Review and analyze monthly reports to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination and/or administration role.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and systems, including SAP and OTM.
  • Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
What We Offer:
The Toro Company offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as a casual work environment, wellness programs, and equal opportunity employment.
