Qualifications

Qualifications for Impact - Your Journey Continues

  • Master's degree from an accredited school approved by the Council on Social Work Education.
  • Current licensure to practice in the state you will work.
  • One year of social work in a healthcare setting is preferred/home care experience will be a significant advantage.
  • CPR certification.

Your expertise will be the cornerstone of personalized care, ensuring that every patient receives the support they need to heal and thrive.

Pay Range
$31.50/hour
