About the Role:

We are seeking a licensed Social Worker (Master's level) to join our interdisciplinary team at Gentiva Hospice. As a Social Worker MSW, you will provide psychosocial support to patients and their families, assessing their needs and developing plans of care that address their unique challenges.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited school, licensure as required by the state, and at least one year of experience as a Social Worker in a healthcare or hospice setting. You will also possess knowledge of terminally ill patients and their families, as well as an understanding of hospice and the psychosocial dynamics of illness, loss, and death.
