Position Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to manage and oversee all field construction operations for the designated craft, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

This position necessitates a solid understanding and background in the assigned tasks, the capability to recognize and address intricate situations with guidance, and the ability to view actions as a sequence of steps.

This role demands expertise in leading general foremen and foremen within their respective crafts, facilitating their efforts to achieve or surpass all project goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and direct the work processes within assigned construction crafts, aligning them with available engineering deliverables, tools, construction equipment, and materials; collaborate with other crafts as required.
  • Authorize the coordination of craft personnel, materials, and equipment necessary to adhere to project schedules.
  • Provide direct support to project and construction management by planning and utilizing appropriate means and methods for all construction activities.
  • Evaluate situations, identify and anticipate relevant issues, assess viable options, and recommend/implement suitable courses of action.
  • Comply with and promote Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
