Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute projects in accordance with SERVPRO protocols based on work orders.
- Respond to service requests, establish efficient workflows, coordinate job requirements, complete necessary documentation, and supervise production tasks from initiation to completion.
- Adhere to and enforce all safety regulations on-site.
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential clients.
Essential Duties:
- Provide clear explanations of processes and address customer inquiries as needed.
- Monitor and respond to customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Clearly communicate expectations to Production Technicians and oversee their tasks.
- Execute production processes as scheduled while ensuring quality standards.
- Identify safety risks and implement control measures to protect all individuals on-site.
- Resolve issues promptly as they arise.
- Maintain accurate job file documentation for comprehensive project details.
- Manage production project costs effectively.
- Safeguard and utilize equipment and materials appropriately.
- Keep vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office spaces clean and organized.
- Engage in sales and marketing efforts, including upselling and security checks.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in cleaning or restoration is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- IICRC certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally or out of state as needed.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Exposure to various chemicals.
- Capability to walk and stand for extended periods, drive, sit, and climb.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces.
- Repetitive actions including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects.
