About the Role:

As a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician, you will partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to provide top-notch service solutions. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, collaborating with manufacturers and our Technical Assistance Group for expert support, and recommending additional services to customers.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of technical experience in commercial refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, or Commercial HVAC
  • EPA and/or CFESA certification preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read diagrams and schematics
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
What to Expect:

Typical schedule: 7:00am-4:00pm (may vary by market)
Rotational on-call duty every 3-4 weeks
Occasional overnight travel may be required
Background check, drug test, and driving record check required
