Overview:
Chenega Agile Real-Time Solutions (CARS) is seeking a skilled Computer Systems Analyst – Intermediate to contribute to our efforts in supporting significant government operations through advanced technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and resolve complex issues related to data processing, including engineering and business challenges.
- Conduct systems management and integration tasks, enhancing existing computer systems while assessing their capabilities and limitations.
- Provide analysis and recommendations for commercially available software solutions.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, with CNSSI/NTSSI 4015 and 4016 certifications, plus 3+ years of relevant experience, or
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, with active CSWF Code certifications and 3+ years of relevant experience.
Active Secret clearance is required.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a team.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks under time constraints in a dynamic contracting environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor and a helpful attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Experience in remote work settings and training end users on technical issues.
- Ability to provide technical support via phone with professionalism.
- Prior customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for abstract thinking.
