Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Dispatcher to join our team at PrideStaff. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily schedules of our Service and Maintenance Technicians to maximize results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily schedules of Service and Maintenance Technicians to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Set the dispatch board and assign technicians to service calls.
  • Ensure all service calls are properly completed through the technician debrief process.
  • Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians and customer database with current information.
  • Provide clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, and resolve them in a satisfactory manner.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple responsibilities and tasks.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data and make informed decisions.
