About the Role

Fulton Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
  • Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
  • Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system and other resources to foster relationship building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services, including opening new accounts, performing customer maintenance requests, assisting with operational activities and responsibilities, and maintaining flexibility between performing sales and teller transactions.
  • Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 or more years customer service or sales experience.
  • Cash handling experience: 6 to 12 months.
