Job Summary:

As a Speech Pathologist at The MetroHealth System, you will play a vital role in administering and interpreting assessment measures to develop effective treatment programs for patients with communication disorders. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide high-quality services and uphold the mission, vision, and values of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and interpret assessment measures to identify communication disorders
Develop and implement treatment programs for patients with communication disorders
Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
Uphold the mission, vision, and values of The MetroHealth System

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech Pathology and valid State of Ohio Speech-Language Pathology licensure
Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA)
Current BLS certification

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day
Ability to see and hear within normal visual and audio ranges
