As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive developmental assessments and individualized treatment plans to optimize development and function in high-risk NICU graduates and young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct developmental assessments, including Bayley 4, for high-risk NICU graduates and young children
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize development and function
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
  • Provide consultation and education to families, focusing on enhancing developmental outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts
  • Minimum of three years of experience in pediatric care, preferably with NICU populations
  • Experience conducting developmental assessments, particularly Bayley 4
