Job Summary

As a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Specialist at Brown & Root, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and the safety of our operations. This position requires a strong understanding of HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement HSE policies and procedures at the field level, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards, developing strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of HSE activities, including inspections, audits, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of HSE principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
