Monmouth University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as the Director of Basketball Operations for the Women's Basketball program.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all managerial efforts related to practice and game preparations, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination.
- Manage team travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and meal planning.
- Organize and participate in camps and community service projects that promote the Women's Basketball program.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans to promote the program and increase visibility.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to team activities and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as sports management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in college basketball coaching, recruiting, administrative, or playing roles.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Synergy Sports Tech system, Photoshop, and Sports Code.
