Position Overview:
As a vital member of the Thought Disorders Unit, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients with psychotic disorders.

Incentives:
- $6,000 sign-on bonus for Registered Nurses

Unit Details:
- Total Beds: 22

Patient Demographics:
- Focus on Psychotic Disorders
- Common Diagnoses: Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia
- Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:7
- Average Admissions: 5-10 per week

Shifts Available:
- 4x8 or 2x16
- 40 hours per week (day/evening rotation)
- 32 hours per week (evening/night rotation)
- 40 hours per week (evening/night rotation)
- 40 hours per week (night shift with every other weekend)
- Part-time options available (24 and 32 hours per week)

Compensation:
- Starting at $32/hr, commensurate with experience
- Shift differentials: $3/hr for evenings, $4.50/hr for nights, $1.50/hr for weekends

Qualifications Required:
- Current MD RN License
- AHA approved Basic Life Support/CPR certification
