Job Summary

The Senior Activity Coordinator will be responsible for planning and implementing programs and events that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $15.13 - $17.57 per hour, based on skills and experience. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and service, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement programs and events that promote resident engagement and well-being
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community partners
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and record-keeping
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year's experience in activities/recreation or a related field
  • Dementia engagement certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment)
  • Current or eligible for certification in CPR
